This is meant to be a brief message, but the information and following theory seems like it is worth sharing, if only so we may be more informed going forward.
Following the events in Ikorr, one of Solvunn's summoned was able to surface a potential name for the spirit associated with the latchkeys: a one Umbvagher, Herald of Abberations. This information came from a member of Solvunn's community that specializes in the new/cardinal gods, however you wish to delineate that information. It was further remarked that he is associated with oncoming turbulence and represents a capricious nature, and as such as few dedicated worshipers.
I thought nothing of this detail until a discussion with one of the Free Cities' Summoned pointed out that the Drowned Maiden, who many of us saw in that parade, gave a name of Umber and was not seen after the incident with her float.
The theory that they may be one in the same is pure speculation, but I would note that it could be in character for a capricious deity to bank on no one knowing them and using a not-very-subtle name.
If any of this information is useful or fills in gaps in what you saw in Ikorr or have been ruminating on since, I can only encourage you to talk amongst each other. I hope that this is in someway useful to someone.
Thank you for your time.
