They are. Even I was. But I had some... unique experiences that opened my eyes to how badly we were failing the mortals who needed us. I was turned mortal and sent on a quest.

It was supposed to be a punishment to cow me and get me back under my father's control. Unfortunately for him, it had the opposite effect, and for the first time I was able to see my father and the rest of the Olympians from the outside, with clear eyes.
