We discovered a pair of mated lizards in the woods of Solvunn some time ago. One appears entirely normal, the other is half-mechanical, with gears in its midsection. It should clearly be dead regardless of where those gears came from, and yet it both lives and has fathered eggs.

Miracle implies the presence of divinity. This is clearly something else. I would like to know what, and to know whether any other Summoned have encountered anything similar.

As far as I'm aware, they're naturally occurring. If they were once made my man in the past, and something evolved from there, I'm not privy to it.

Again, I don't know if this is the case with your lizards. The metals are a rare material, you said?

It would be the first I've heard of the summoning ritual being used to bring in materials rather than people. I don't know if that would be more difficult or less. Ancient civilizations existing sound just as likely.

Without more information, any option is likely as another as it's all speculation. But I do wonder why anyone would summon materials they can't get or manufacture here, use it to create lizard parts and then set it free.
