God, spirit, random bystander with powers, who knows. Not fey, I'm certain of that much. The fey weren't about the arcanum.

I imagine they're not going to be too 'chatty' with me in the picture. I don't know if they can communicate with words--or normal forms of text, since my experiment with this didn't garner me results--or if they choose not to. And I don't know their scope of this place. For all I know they'd respond to random graffiti or a side street.

The way you're talking about it, it kind of sounds like you don't think it's a Summoned, but you're hitting up the Summoned network about it. You think whatever or whoever it is can access this?

I don't think it's a god, but I'm making a shot at the theory that the gods here are the original Summoned and therefore may still share that link.

That... makes a lot of sense, actually.
Like why some of those horizon dreamscapes we got stuck in were so modern, and why some of the imagery has been things like planes.
The longer we stay here, the more weird power we all get. I guess after like years, or decades, that could really amount to something.
