there doesnt seem 2 be much of a pattern…
we have just as many supernatural/superhero/magic types as not
theres adults as much as theres kids (sorry not sorry to all the teenagers: ur still just kids, deal w/ it)
so whats the common denominator
whats on their checklist

personally i think its a requirement 2 be super hot if ur summoned
every time we get together 4 some swanky party hosted by someone its like a fucking hollywood extravaganza
this is not a complaint but it IS weird right
like are we being fetishized by the natives???

Mostly picking up things here and there.
I've been working on a few personal projects but most of those are tabled.

I considered doing something like the Crow Club with entertainment without the gambling. I've spent a lot of years in charge and running a large enterprise.

I'd like to think so. Especially for those that aren't as comfortable relaxing when in a business owned by those from here.

Mostly trying my hand at cartography as well as indulging my curiosity in their magic here.

Whatever I can learn and anything anyone would teach me. The few I've gained, though that usually takes someone to experiment on it seems. Seeing what else I can learn.

Unfortunately, magical education in the Free Cities is lacking, at least when it comes to mastery. Do you have any abilities given to you by the Singularity? I find that's always a good place to start.

I'm trying to do well not using them on people without permission and most wouldn't agree to letting me try.

I don't expect to have a need to use them against you, or most within the city... If I need, to having it known isn't likely to harm things.

One is the ability to harm with words. The other... I think I've developed the skills of a Corporalki from my world. I haven't had a lot of time to explore it though. Not enough targets that I wish to try it on.

It's a class of person that has been born with certain gifts that they train and hone. A bit like some of what we do here.

A Corporalkis gifts focus on the body. It can include healing and altering the appearance of a person.

I've noticed two different skills that I'm told are not entirely polite to test out on others.

One is a seeming ability to use words to distract and weaken others. It's not from our world that I know of. The other is a bit more intrusive and I know it from our world. It can well knock someone out. Or kill them.

[ Perhaps he shouldn't be sharing the details of the things he's noticed with others, but he is little bothered by the idea of others knowing him for those skills if he can hone them well enough. ]

That's certainly a thought, though someone would want to still be willing to experience those consequences.

Some of mine that you may well know have worked hard to instill in me a sense of not using people as I see fit and I'm trying. For their sake.
