[ For anyone who would like to visit Claire in the Horizon, she'll be there within at least twenty minutes. She's molded her space to look like Lallybroch, to the best of her ability. She's open and willing to teach whatever medical practices she can. Always, she's taken her oath to help others, no matter what, seriously. Being forced to live on a star in some unknown part of the universe doesn't change that.

She's also available to generally chat if wanted. Breaks for tea are welcome, even if the conversation takes turns toward the upsetting. She may not know many others, but she's here just the same. ]

[ As promised, Himeka makes her way into the Horizon and towards Claire's domain. As the landscape shifts into rolling hills and green pastures, she knows she must be close--this does feel quite a bit like Solvunn, doesn't it? And it's not a bad thing. The landscape is really one of the best things about the Commune, if you ask her.

Himeka's arrival is accompanied by a large floating crystal that gently rotates on it's axis. It floats beside her until she commands it to stop in front of a stone building.

[ The Horizon, for Claire, has been the only thing to come close to soothing the deep chasm of homesickness, even more so than Solvunn. Here, she can create home to the best of her ability, and so Lallybroch has come to fruition.

She knows it isn't real, but she's content to pretend when she can. Waiting on Himeka, she's sitting on the front steps, skirts tucked around her knees, hair up in its usual way. Himeka wasn't kidding, there's a huge rotating crystal entering the courtyard and Claire's eyes widen, standing to greet her. ]

I didn't know if you were being literal or not.

[ Letting out a soft laugh, she watches it disappear and then turns her gaze back to the young woman. ]

You happen to be among one of the first visitors I've had.

Hello Dr. Fraser, I'm Jayce Talis from Free Cities. I leaned toward magical healing training and some medical school while here, and my friend Nadine is a skilled herbalist and medic. I'll talk with her about setting up something like this in Cadens, the city might have plans of their own.

I don't know yet what the rescue attempt might look like when we pinpoint the location, my partner and I are refining our technology, but it is possible having trained medical professionals nearby would be essential. Just to put that in the back of your mind.

We had a lot of first-hand experience after the bombing of Libertas a few months back. I think it's wise to be overly cautious and expect the worst in this situation so we will be ready. We are working hard on the tracking tech upgrades right now, so I do think the healers should be prepared to be support for whatever rescue may end up happening. One of the kidnapped contacted me in Horizon. He was covered in lesions and strange plant-like growths. He wasn't acting like himself.
