The treehouse is closer to the Primary Settlement. We can get people here and then show them the way south to the inn. We could ask Lasse to keep the wagon stationary at the settlement.

That makes sense, yeah. I know the inn is a little further out, and I don't want people to get lost.

We can make use of the chocobos to ferry people here too. Once Peter is here, I can go and arrange something with them at the ranch. I'm sure they'll understand.

I think what's most important is to get everyone settled. Solvunn is a lot more open than the other places, from I've been told. We don't want anyone to get lost.

I've gotten that impression too. It's way too easy to lose your way on the paths here, or end up lost in the woods.
