has a rogue multidimensional being ever hijacked someone’s consciousness while they’re out fishing? y’all ever meet any primeval dark gods of inconceivable pain out there?

has anyone tried calibrating a radio to pick up this frequency instead of playing pink eye roulette?

how do I know which body to come back to? what if i end up in brenda?

how much does perception shape the horizon? if i drop acid, can i effectively transform the singularity into one of those big inflatable wiggly boys they put outside used car dealerships?

so, via this alternate plane of heightened consciousness, you were able to carry out accelerated botanical experiments that could yield accurate real world results?
like a legit science simulation
is it just botany it responds to like that? does it work the same with physics?
like if i wanted to build a gundam that shits rainbow lasers or or
or a gun that shoots wormholes, constructed from what's available in this universe
assuming i can imagine and reimagine all the parts and variables required
is that something the horizon can reliably simulate?
whether or not i have complete and total knowledge of the biological or mechanical traits of the variables?

Um I don't really know about all that. If that stuff already exists here, then why would you need to make it in the Horizon first?

Cannabis isn't native to Abraxas at all. We have someone with plant magic, and he's the one who makes the initial plants in the real world. So I guess if you made a gundam or gun or whatever in there, and then you have someone willing to conjure the pieces from nothing in the real world, then sure? But also probably don't make gundams or guns.

well designing and building something like a big ol mech boy takes a stupid amount of time, labor and experimentation before you have something functional, right?
so if I can use a physics accurate mind palace to just brain all the parts together and check if it works the way I want it to work, and do all the deconstruction and reconstruction with a thought, that’s saving months/years of time and materials galore
but if it’s only gonna work in the horizon because I think it should work, that’s a bust

That's pretty much exactly how the Horizon works. You'll get the result you expect, more or less, even if what you expect is wrong or impossible in real life. So probably a wormhole gun is also a bad idea. Just like, in general, but also cause the Horizon wouldn't have a good way to make sure the reality can match. The plants work cause the guy we have making them doesn't have any other concept of regular cannabis, either. He just remakes what he's experienced.

The Cities don't really have the right kind of spiritual beliefs for ayahuasca. Also I've never done it so I can't really make it. Thorne has some real heavy hallucinogenic shit on the black market, though, and both Solvunn and the werewolves have some mushroom rituals.
