I've been asked by a friend to make a charm to guard against invasive psychic spells. Hard to do without knowing the specifics of the spell I need to block.

Not currently. He was previously, and wants to be cautious moving forward. It's an investment in peace of mind.

After all if the kingdom falls who knows what would happen to the libraries?
