Or perhaps a story of those you miss. For remembrance.

We often drink to the departed. We speak of them, share our tales. Most of the time, we put such words to paper and ink, so that they may be passed on and remembered.

It seems such traditions share similarities no matter where we come from.

A friend of mine left recently.

Who was it? What were they like?

Galadriel was fierce. Sharp as a blade. At times, such a use of a blade cut both ways and she knew that well. Yet, she believed in the fight and in the peace that would come after.
