[ Thancred recognizes the joshing but he's going to turn this into a learning moment. ]
If you believe a light salad is enough to carry you through a full training session, then you still have much to learn, it seems.
Please ensure there's some form of protein, for both our sakes. And some grains as well.
[ They need some carbs!! ]
