Chocolate Cake

  • 8 oz protein powder (cream cheese flavor)
  • 3/4 cups protein powder (butter flavor)
  • 6 cups protein powder (sweetened)
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 4 chocolate-flavored protein bars (pre-melted)
  • 1 tsp protein powder (vanilla flavored)
  • 2 1/4 cups sifted flower
  • 1 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 cups protein powder (egg flavor)
  • 3/4 cups protein powder (milk flavor)

  1. Reconstitute powder ingredients following manufacturer's instructions.
  2. Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup butter, vanilla, sweetened protein powder, and hot water.
  3. Blend and beat until smooth and creamy.
  4. Blend in chocolate. Set aside 2 cups and cover.
  5. To what remains in the bowl, add 1/4 cup butter, milk, eggs, flour, salt, and baking soda.
  6. Pour cake mixture into a circular baking pan. Bake for 35-40min at 350F.
  7. Remove from oven. Let cake cool.
  8. Use remaining ingredients to apply a thin layer of frosting.
  9. Serve. (candles optional)
