As of now they haven't, but it is illogical to bring supernaturally powerful people to your world and just leave them there to spend time in the library or walk into town. We've been waiting for that shoe to drop for quite some time.
I understand this is all concerning, but please be aware of how precarious we are in Thorne. Not all the other factions are watched and controlled as closely, and the dungeons they have here are unbreakable and strip people of all special abilities and power. They've thrown Summoned in there before for doing absolutely nothing, every choice made by one of us could ripple to the entire group. There are reasons we've all had to play along.
