[ Luckily for Jill, Himeka rarely takes things personally (unless it's about her cooking). As far as she's concerned, it's an open discussion and the only way to understand someone else's point of view is to hear what they have to say. ]

Yes, though it depends on what we consider gods. That's probably what I've struggled most with here...because I'm not sure these are unknowable. And what is a god?? To them and to us? The Solvunnites definitely think they know what's best, but they're all so different and all serve a different purpose. I'm not sure any one could say that they are right all the time.

Like, there's a god for the stars in the sky? And they also watch over travelers. And there's another one for people who feel unseen.

I think they just serve specific purposes in the world. That's not necessarily good or bad. But why they're here or how they came to be? I haven't a clue. Not yet.

Either way, I'm not a philosopher or anything so I'm probably not the right person to talk about all of this.

But I can say that there is one god in particular that I've been doing work for and all he wants is for the land to be green and happy. He actually helped us out a bit when our friends were missing by showing us to a type of mushroom that was being over-harvested and used in the cult's rituals.
