That is true - often the merciless are so full of 'honor' that they place this abstract concept above the value of life itself. Including their own - honor displeases me because people allow themselves to be harmed for it.

Honor is a pointless virtue. I speak as the person who needs to handle the aftermath of the actions of the 'honorable'. Honor is disrespectful to the efforts of those who try to keep you alive and who tend to the citizenry.
