I don't know; I am unfamiliar with the term. There are two groups who would like to orchestrate the future of Fodlan, and the leader of my nation disagrees with them being allowed such orchestrations. She claims she will reform the system that was put in place by one of them after we solve the immediate problems, but I am reserving judgement until I see that occur.
