Oh. You're one of those idiots who will die as long as someone tells you it's honorable. Yes. I'm quite cowardly, personally. There are few things worth dying for, and honor isn't one of them. It also depends on the actions of one's comrades - camaraderie indicates a mutual respect. If your comrades act in ways you cannot abide, that respect is broken.

Traitors who act for cowardly reasons can still be useful. Cutting off potential resources due to a desire to kill people is ridiculous.

I do not think those who were suffering would have been better off with no help, but I would defer to them if they felt otherwise.
