Trauma induced parasomnia with somnambulism and narcoleptic tendencies? The short version is I rarely ever make it deeper than the lightest stage of REM sleep. I could be asleep pretty much any time, but I retain some awareness of my surroundings, I sleepwalk, and I act out my dreams, so it's... hard to actually tell whether or not I'm awake. Even to people I'm around at the time.
